Net Neutrality - Is Google right?

For those that have not heard the term 'net neutrality' before, it simply means that the internet should remain neutral and that an ISP should not be biased towards a person and/or company. For example, Google is looking to charge website owners a fee to deliver content more quickly to its end users. 3D TV

Still fresh for many people is the slow uptake of HDTV, which although now part of everyday life for many, it was slow on the uptake. 3D TV seems to be suffering in the same way. A recent poll from yougov found that a mere 89 from 4,199 people in Britain were likely to spend money on a 3D TV over the coming year. Let's also remember that it is not just the tv you need, you need a compatible service as well!
